Jorrell Houldson Wanted For The Murder Of His Mother

(GREENE CO.) - Greene County Sheriff’s Detective are looking for 22-year-old Jorrell Houldson as the suspect in the murder of his mother, Ruby Moon Houldson, on October 1.

Police say that 45-year-old Ruby Houdleson died of multiple stab wounds.

A warrant was issued for Jorrell Houldson's arrest Friday afternoon and deputies were actively looking for him. He is wanted on a preliminary charge of one count of felony murder.

Around midnight Friday night, Dallaire issued a press release asking for the public's help locating Houldson.

22-year-old Jorrell Houldson is height 5' 7", weighs approximately 175 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

According to official records, Jorrell Houldson's address was 27 M Street South East in Linton.

Anyone with information about this case or about Houldson's whereabouts is asked to contact the Greene County Sheriff's Department at 812-384-4411.

Ruby Moon Houldson's body was found in her residence south of Linton in the Goose Pond area the morning of Wednesday, October 1.

Two locations were under scrutiny as the investigation began: One a residential property, Houldson's former home, on State Road 59 on the south side of Linton, where Jorrell Houldson resided at the time of her death; the other was Houldson's current residence on State Road 59 south of Linton in the Goose Pond area where the body was discovered.
