(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana State excise police officers arrested or cited 20 people in Bloomington on Halloween night.
According to Cpl. Brandon Thomas, of the Indiana State Police, 16 minors were issued summonses for illegal possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
Four of those minors were also cited for possession of false identification
Other citations were for traffic-related offenses.
