(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell woman suffered minor injuries after she crashed her truck on meridian Road Wednesday night.

35-year-old Crissy Wilson told police she had been drinking and had used drugs prior to the crash. She told police she didn't remember anything about the accident.

According to a Lawrence County report, Wilson was traveling north on Meridian Road in a 2004 Toyota Tacoma and police say she was driving too fast for the wet road conditions, lost control of the pickup causing the vehicle to go off the east side o the road and strike a tree. The truck then rolled over onto the driver's side.

Wilson suffered severe bleeding to her head and was taken to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital for treatment. She also submitted to a blood-alcohol and drug test. Those results are pending.
