(UNDATED) - Ghosts and goblins trick-or-treating have been set.
The following is a list of area trick-or-treat hours:
Bedford
Friday, Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Super Treat
Super Treat is scheduled for Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence County. Join Super Oldies 105.5 WQRK for a spooktacular good time at the frightfully fun Halloween party with the crew of Super Oldies and other community members. Moonlite monsters will not have to stand outside in lines to attend the free event. There will be a free snack zone provided by Bedford Federal Savings Bank with free popcorn, apple cider from Appleacres and free cookies from Magic Morning. Goblins and also collect free goodies when they visit more than 20 vendor booths. New this year is the Concession Zone with free drinks, hot dogs and chips. There will be a costume contest and free photo opportunities. It will be a scary good time for the entire family.
Stone City Service and Collision will have Trick or Treating to the list for Trick from 6 p.m. till 9 p.m. on Friday.
Fall Carnival
CornerStone Worship Center behind the Marathon station at Judah will be having a Fall Carnival on Friday, October 31 from 6-8 p.m. There will be games, hotdogs, hayridge and S'mores and it is all -Free.
The Hideout
The Hideout, in Judah, will have trick-or -treating on Friday, Oct. 31 from 4:30 p.m. till 8:30 p.m.
Bloomfield
Thursday, Oct. 30 and Friday, Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Children are to only visit homes with the porch lights on.
Bloomington
Friday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (one night only)
RCA Community Park
Saturday, October 18 1-4 p.m.
$4/child • Geared toward ages 1-10 yrs.
One adult admitted free with paid child's admission. $2 each additional adult.
Hi Ho, Hi Ho, into the woods we'll go. The wooded trail comes to life with characters and stories, oh what a sight!
Put on your costume and grab your bag; there is a lot of fun to be had.
Due to the popularity of the Trick or Treat Trail, there may be a wait to enter the Trail. We appreciate your patience.
Festival of Ghost Stories
Friday, October 24 • 7-8:30 p.m.
Bryan Park
In case of inclement weather, the Festival of Ghost Stories will be held at the Monroe County Public Library
Free • For older elementary school-age children, teens, and adults. May not be appropriate for younger children.
An ink-black night with leering jack-o'-lanterns and crisp cider set the stage for an evening of live storytelling beneath the stars. A Halloween-time tradition for more than 32 years, the Festival of Ghost Stories features haunting tales of ghosts and horror that will tingle the spine. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and dress warmly to avoid the chill as seasoned storytellers spin their tales in the dark.
Banneker Community Center
Friday, October 24 • 6-8 p.m.
Free • For ages 5-12 yrs. w/parent.
The health and wellness witches are throwing a healthy Halloween Party at the Banneker Community Center, and your entire family is invited! Come in costume and take part in the costume contest, plus have a howling good time playing Halloween games, learning to prepare spooky snacks, trying on some sweet (or scary!) facepainting, and sampling tasty and good-for-you Halloween treats!
Brownstown
Friday, Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
French Lick
Friday, Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Loogootee
Friday, Oct 31 the parade will kick off at 5 p.m. on the city square and go to the gym. Trick or Treating will follow from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Mitchell
Friday, Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
One Stop Safe Trick or Treating
One Stop Safe Trick or Treating in Mitchell will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday. Originally scheduled for Friday, it was postponed because of the Mitchell High School sectional football game at Terry Cole Field.
The 19th Annual One Stop Safe Trick or Treating will be held for children 0-12 at Hatfield Elementary School. Volunteers will be handing out treats that were donated by or purchased using donations from area businesses, organizations and individuals. The children receive lots of goodies such as: suckers, gum, apples, pencils, candies, snacks and certificates for free food items from area restaurants. They receive plenty so door to door trick or treating isn't necessary. The event is sponsored by the Mitchell-Grissom Kiwanis Club.Anyone wishing to donate to this program may do so by making checks payable to: One Stop Safe Trick or Treating. We accept donations from $5 on up. Receipts will be issued upon request. Anyone wishing to volunteer to help may contact Ronda or show up at 3:30 p.m. at the Hatfield cafeteria. Volunteers are welcome to dress in costume if they so desire. Each year approximately 1000 children pass through our doors. For more information call or text Ronda at (812) 797-1662

Orleans
Orleans town officials have announced that "Trick or Treating" in Orleans will be observed on Friday, October 31st during the hours of 6 to 8 p.m. Residents who wish to welcome the little ghosts and goblins should turn their outside porch or patio lights on.
The Orleans Municipal Fire Department will welcome trick or treaters at the Orleans Fire Station (behind town hall) on Oct. 31st from the hours of 6 to 8 p.m.
Paoli
Nov. 1 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The town chose Nov. 1 because of a possible sectional game that night.
Salem
Free Community Halloween Party
Saturday, Oct. 25 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Pioneer Village at the Stevens Museum on Market Street.
Trick-or-treating will be Friday, Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Mill Creek Baptist Church is hosting an old-fashioned Halloween party at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, at the church in Salem. There will be games, contests and prizes, with a homemade costume contest. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
Seymour
Oct 31 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
46th Annual Halloween Costume Parade
Seymour Evening Lions Club will conduct its 46th annual Halloween Costume Parade at 6 p.m. Oct. 27.The parade will begin at the U.S. Post Office at Fourth and Chestnut streets and continue to the American Legion parking lot on West Second Street. The Seymour High School Marching Band will lead the parade. Judging of costumes will be by age and categories. Categories are best pet costume, Best Group of 3 and Best Band Member. Prizes will be awarded in each group and category,and treats will be available to all contestants.
