Tieken's Career Ends At Dugger Union Community School

Last updated on Wednesday, October 8, 2014

(DUGGER) - Danny Tieken’s time at Dugger Union Community School (DUCS) is over.

The Greene County Daily World reports that Tieken, who was serving as the school's academic director and high school football coach, is no longer employed at DUCS.

On Monday evening, Tieken confirmed to the Greene County Daily World he is "no longer with the school."

When contacted for additional information about the personnel matter, DUCS Representative Matt Kelm did not offer an explanation.

"We have no comment at this time," said Kelm.

Tieken was employed at DUCS since its opening on August 25.

DUCS operates in cooperation with Indiana Cyber Charter Schools (ICCS) and a representative of ICCS confirmed the personnel change.

"This will not be the only staff change at Dugger," said Alexandra Curlin.
