ISP Will Receive More Than $500,000 To Combat Meth

(UNDATED) - Indiana State Police are receiving more than $500,000 in federal grant money to fight the state's methamphetamine problem.

The funds will enable state law enforcement to investigate activities related to the manufacturing and distribution of meth.

The $567,000 grant will be provided by the Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Anti-Methamphetamine Program.

Indiana is one of ten states receiving the grant.
