(LINTON) - A Linton resident was awarded the top prize in the fins division of the taxidermy contest during the first annual Southern Indiana Outdoor Festival in Sullivan County over the weekend.
Bob Ringo not only won first place in the fins division, he won second place as well.
Ringo also was awarded second place in the furs division of the taxidermy contest.
The festival was sponsored by the Tourism Commission of Sullivan County, was located at the Sullivan County Fairgrounds.
