(BEDFORD) - A MItchell man was injured after he lost control of his vehicle while passing another vehicle on Ind. 37.
According to Lawrence County Police report, 39-year-old Kevin Blackburn was traveling south on Ind. 37 and went to pass a 2001 Cavalier driven by 55-year-old Scott Redenbaugh when Blackburn lost control of his 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada and spun out of control collided into the driver's side of Redenbaugh's car and then rolled several time.
Witnesses say Blackburn was traveling at a high-rate of speed.
Blackburn had minor bleeding to his head. Redenbaugh, of Bloomington, was not hurt.
