Woman Injured After Crashing Into Utility Pole

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was injured Sunday night after crashing her vehicle.

According to Lawrence County Police report, 42-year-old Jodi Terry, was traveling east on U.S. 50 East and was attempting to turn into Leatherwood Circle Addition when the steering went out of her 2002 Jeep Liberty.

The Jeep ran off the roadway and struck a utility pole and street sign and then continued across U.S. 50 East into a field.

Terry suffered abdomen and pelvic pain.

An IU Health ambulance and Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department responded.
