(WASHINGTON) - Police arrested a 27-year-old Washington man over the weekend on a charge of rape and sexual misconduct with a minor.
Cruz Mercado-Ramirez is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
28-year-old Sara Purcell of Washington was arrested Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $2,000.
Then on Saturday at 5:18 p.m., Washington police attempted a stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on State Road 57 south of Business U.S. 50.
Police reports say the driver initially refused to stop. Officers were finally able to get the driver to pull over in the Moose Lodge parking lot.
Police arrested 49-year-old Rusty Habler of Washington on charges of driving while his driver's license was suspended, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance and resisting law enforcement in a vehicle.
