(SELLERSBURG) - Rep. Todd Young will host a Military Academy Day on Saturday, September 27, at Ivy Tech Community College in Sellersburg.
The event is open to any high school student interested in earning a college degree from a military institution and their families. Young will be on hand to meet students and offer his perspective as a Naval Academy graduate on the opportunities offered by a military education.
Beginning at 10 a.m. representatives from the U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Military Academy at West Point, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and U.S. Coast Guard Academy will each give presentations on their respective schools, and will be available to answer questions.

Indiana's 9th District includes all or parts of Brown, Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Jackson, Johnson Lawrence, Monroe, Morgan, Orange, Scott, and Washington Counties in south central Indiana.
