(BEDFORD) - 44-year-old David Hill was sentenced to 6 years in prison and is facing more time today when he will be sentenced in a Jackson County drug case.
Hill, of Fort Ritner, pleaded guilty to the Lawrence County charge of possession of meth on Sept. 3 in a plea agreement in Lawrence County Superior Court I.
He was arrested in December 2010 on felony charges of dealing and possession of meth,and possession of a controlled substance.
Hill is to be sentenced this afternoon in Jackson County after pleading guilty in a plea agreement to attempted dealing in meth, a Class B felony.
