Last updated on Monday, September 29, 2014

(SEYMOUR) - A Jackson County man who pleaded guilty to a Class B felony charge of dealing in a narcotic must spend six years on home detention.

52-year-old Randall Sage of Seymour recently received that sentence from Jackson Circuit Judge Richard W. Poynter, who also ordered Sage to spend an additional six years on supervised probation.

Sage was arrested in May of 2013 and initially charged with three Class A felony counts of dealing cocaine within 1,000 feet of a park. One of those counts was amended to dealing in a narcotic, and the remaining two were dismissed
