Hoosier Hills Food Bank To Deliver Food Commodities In Orange Co. Sept. 18

(ORANGE CO.) - Hoosier Hills Food Bank of Bloomington will be delivering food commodities Thursday, September 18, to Paoli and French Lick sites for seniors who have qualified for this federally funded program.  

Participants must show valid ID such as driver's license, VA card or state ID card. Proxies who are not designated as a permanent proxy, must have a proxy form completely filled out, including the recipient's signature and the proxy's signature.

Food cannot be distributed without both signatures.  There will be no deliveries by volunteer personnel working at the sites.

Each client is responsible for making arrangements to receive food.

Delivery at Paoli Christian Church is set from 10 a.m. until noon.

French Lick Delivery at Springs Stadium Theater Parking Lot  off of 145 is set from 10:30 till noon. 

Delivery in Orleans is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, east of Orleans Elementary School at Orleans First Baptist Church parking lot on 751 E. Washington Street.

Participants should enter on west side and exit on east. Delivery time is 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. Follow entrance and exit signs and keep cars in park while waiting in line.

In case of Inclement weather, listen to your local radio stations for changes of delivery.
