Drug Bust In Fort Ritner Nets $53K, Meth, Heroin and Marijuana

(FORT RITNER) - A 26-year-old woman will face charges in Lawrence County after the Indiana State Police Meth Task Force discovered a large-scale drug operation in Fort Ritner.

Police discovered that Justice Lee was dealing meth out of a home at 226 Perry Street after police received a tip about the possible drug activity.

Police obtained a search warrant and Trooper Joshua Allen along with the task force and Oolitic Deputy Marshal Bill Allen and his police K-9 Shani discovered more than 150 grams of crystal meth with a street value of $18,000, more than 15 grams of heroin with a street value of $5,000, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Police also seized more than $53,000, 4 vehicles and 2 Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Lee was not at the home during the search, but a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Seymour police arrested Lee Monday and she was incarcerated in the Jackson County Jail. She will be transported back to Lawrence County where she will face felony charges of dealing meth, possession of meth, dealing a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance. She is also facing misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
