(NASHVILLE) - A Brown County woman has died from her injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Bartholomew County on Sept. 15.

According to the Marion County Coroner's office, 38-year-old Melissa A. Smith of Nashville passed away on Tuesday afternoon.
