Bridge On Coalmine Road In Greene Co. Closed Indefinitely

(GREENE CO.) - Greene County Bridge No. 49, which is located on Coalmine Road between Dobson Road and Ash Road in Center Township will be closed indefinitely, according to the Greene County Highway Department.

State inspectors deemed the bridge unsafe and notified county highway officials of its condition on Tuesday afternoon.

The bridge will remain closed until replacement is complete and there is no definite timetable set for the project according to Greene County Highway Superintendent Roger Hamilton.
