(BEDFORD) - Miami Drive from Stars Boulevard to Boyd Lane will be closed for paving today from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 3 p.m.
Lawrence County Highway Department Superintendent David Holmes says crews plans to be done by the time classes let out at Bedford North Lawrence High School.
But if the paving crew is not finished, drivers leaving the high school by way of Miami Drive will not be able to go east toward Boyd Lane. If that is the case, Holmes says, the highway department will have a flagman on duty to help direct traffic.
