Anna Louise Kluender Crowned Mitchell Persimmon Festival Queen

(MITCHELL) - Mitchell High School junior Anna Louise Kluender will reign as the 2014 Persimmon Festival Queen.

16-year-old Kluender is the daughter of Jill and Andy Kluender.

She is a member of SADD, Student Council, Tri-Hi-Y, Key Club, French Club, Fresh Start, Science Club and Art Club, and is assistant coach of the Mitchell Junior High School Spell Bowl team. She attends Calvary Lutheran Church.

She is joined in the court by Miss Congeniality Mecala Nicole Lester and princesses Chelsey Terrell, Fiona Schlegel, Mattie England, Christanna Rayhill, Madison Elizabeth NcMeely and Meghan Jade Emberton.

In the three Persimmon Festival pageants for younger girls, the winners were:

Mini Miss: McKenzie Radcliff

Miss Congeniality: Marissa Blais

Princesses: Alyviah Haste, Bella Morrow, Cadie Haley, Ellie Maple, Mackenna Tegarden and Sophia McCarty
Little Miss: Riley Ritchison

Miss Congeniality: Daisey Blais

Princesses: Abby Brothers, Emily Johnson, Jaida Blais, Lillian Zeeks, Taylar Baker and Thailee Dalton

Junior Miss: Hanna Pugh

Miss Congeniality: Ashton Tredway

Princesses: Shelby Pruett, Madison Williams, London Brooking, Callison Blais, Hailey Ritchison and Addison Myers
