The Parade line up starts under the water tower on the south end of town at 1:30 p.m. and awards will be given in several categories, along with participation ribbons to commemorate the 50th year of the festival.

The Greene County Daily World reports, local residents David Stone, Linda (Stone) Trout, and Esther (Stone) Murphy will be this year's honored parade Grand Marshall's.

All three grew up in Scotland, graduated from Bloomfield High School and worked at Crane.

David has also led the parade committee for most of those years with the help of his sisters, Linda and Esther, who are both members of the Crane VFW Women's Auxiliary.

The Auxiliary also helps out the festival by taking care of the inflatable games for the kids during the day.
