(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell woman was arrested after she missed her driveway and crashed her 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass over an embankment Thursday at 5:21 a.m.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 50-year-old Shawn Stalker of Mitchell was traveling west on Ind. 60 and was attempting to turn into her driveway when she missed the driveway and drove her Cutlass over an embankment and got the vehicle hung up in a ditch.
Stalker told police she was distracted because she was reaching for her drink.
Stalker was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment and OWI.
