Three Receive Grants From Lawrence County Foundation

(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County Foundation's 2014 unrestricted grant cycle has provided the following with grants:

  • The Bedford Lions Club for its ramp-building efforts
  • Southern Indiana Adult Guardianship Program for its Guardianship Training program
  • Mitchell Community Public Library for its Play and Grow interactive discovery area at the library

The grants were provided by distributions from the following endowment funds: LCCF Unrestricted Fund, Wilbur C. Dollens Fund, Bob Bridge Fund, Chloral Hilderbrand Community Grants Fund, Patrick and Sharon Robbins Fund for Lawrence County, Ralph W. "Shorty" & Bette R. Robison Fund, Smithville Charitable Foundation, Eugene & Marilyn Glick Foundation Fund, and the Freeda & Opal Casada Fund.
