(SEYMOUR) - Several residents in Seymour received invitations this week to join the Ku Klux Klan.

According to Seymour police, the fliers were placed on the front porch of several residents with this message

"Illegal immigrants are destroying our culture, serve your country, join the KKK."

The letter directs residents to a website and an address in Madison, Indiana.

Police say they received several complaints about the letters but haven't had any other encounters with the Ku Klux Klan.
