(MONROE CO.) - Vote centers are dead in Monroe County.
At least for the foreseeable future.
The Monroe County Election Board unanimously agreed not to move forward with vote centers for the 2015 election and probably elections for the next few years, citing limited cost savings and extra work for election workers as reasons to hold off.
