(WASHINGTON) - A Winslow man was arrested Tuesday in Washington on two Pike County warrants.
Police received information that 40-year-old Carl Michael Morrow was staying at a Washington residence on Northeast 4th.
Police went to the home and took Morrow into custody. Morrow is facing two counts of failure to register as a sex or violent offender.
