Indianapolis Woman Injured After Flipping 4-Wheeler

(BEDFORD) - An Indianapolis woman complained of head pain after she flipped the 4-wheeler she was driving Saturday night.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 29-year-old Emily Day was traveling east from Leatherwood Road and had turned south onto Gun Smith Road when she lost control of the 2002 Polaris Sportsman she was driving and ran off the side of the road causing the 4-wheeler to flip.

Assisting at the scene was Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department and an IU Health Hospital ambulance.
