(UNDATED) - Counterfeit money continues to be a problem for law enforcement in Southern Indiana.

The most recent incident happened inside the Wesselman's on Center Drive in Evansville and used a fake $100 bill to buy about five dollars worth of stuff.

After the employee gave the suspect $95 in change, they noticed the money wasn't real.

Police say "fake bills" will have color-changing ink in the bottom right-hand corner.

Anyone who believes they've encountered counterfeit money should call police.
