(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was arrested after she allegedly slapped a co-worker at Hardees Sunday.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, officers were called to the restaurant at 2:20 p.m. and found the two co-workers in the office area.
The manager told police that 19-year-old Alexys Neal wanted to discuss a problem that was not work related and he had asked her to stop.
When she refused, he told her to clock out and go home.
That is when Neal allegedly slapped the manager.
Police arrested Neal on a charge of battery causing injury.
