(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after police found him stumbling around Garden Villa early Tuesday morning.
According to Police Chief Dennis Parsley officers had received complaints that there was a man in the parking lot of Garden Villa on Norton Lane attempting to get into the employee's vehicles and preventing employees from entering and exiting the building.
When police arrived just before 12:30 a.m. they found 22-year-old Charles Brazzel in the parking lot.
When police asked Brazzel where he was he replied, "at a friend's house." Brazzel was arrested for public intoxication.
