(BEDFORD) - Officers with the Lawrence County Drug Task Force arrested 69-year-old Charles Hall of Bedford on Sunday afternoon.

Hall is facing two counts of dealing in a controlled substance and two counts of maintaining a common nuisance.

His bond was set at $200,000 surety or $20,005 cash, and he bonded out on Sunday shortly after his arrest.

According to a probable cause affidavit, a police informant was given marked money and a recording device and police watched and recorded the drug transactions between the informant and Hall.

The informant made two drug buys from Hall, one on April 9 and then again on April 11. At the first buy the informant bought 5 Percocet from Hall at his apartment on Plaza Drive.

The second buy was done in the parking lot at French Lick Auto Sales, where the informant again purchased 5 Percocet from Hall.
