(CLARK STATE FOREST) - A Bedford woman and Bloomington man were arrested late Monday night in the campground of the Clark State Forest.

According to Indiana Conservation officers 36-year-old Travis Combs and 31-year-old Jessica Douglas were arrested on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Combs was also charged with false informing.

According to police, just after 11 p.m. a conservation officer was on routine patrol in the campground when he encountered the couple, who had allegedly failed to pay for their campsite.

Combs, who initially provided police a false name, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. During a search of his pockets police found the meth and a syringe.

Combs and Douglas were both arrested without incident and taken to the Clark County Jail.
