(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County police are investigating the theft of an air compressor from a home in the 900 block of Rocky Creek East.
Officers were notified about the theft just before 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
According to Sheriff Sam Craig officers recovered the air compressor at a local pawn shop and the crime remains under investigation.
Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call the Sheriff's Department.
