(BEDFORD) - Bedford police were called to a home in the 800 block of J Street at 3:18 a.m. Tuesday morning after a report of a possible domestic fight.
When officers arrived they found several individuals holding down 18-year-old Josef Braun. It was Braun's birthday and according to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, Braun became upset and was swinging at people.
"They had him pinned to the kitchen floor until he calmed down," Parsley added.
Police determined everyone at the party was underage and had been drinking.

All are facing the charge of illegal consumption. Myers was also wanted on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
