(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police arrested an Oolitic woman after she allegedly slashed the father of her child with a steak knife during an altercation Thursday afternoon.
Police say the incident happened in front of the couple's 2-month old child.
Police arrested 20-year-old Vesta Lorraine Ralph on a charge of felony battery.
The male victim was not seriously hurt and did not require medical treatment.
