(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was injured after he crashed is all-terrain vehicle on his property in the 200 block of Stevens Lane Wednesday.
The Lawrence County Police Department received a call at 5:13 p.m. reporting that 53-year-old William Schulz was being treated at a local hospital.
According to a DNR Conservation report, Schultz was operating a go-cart with ATV tires on his property when he made a hard turn and the go-cart flipped.
Schulz, who suffered head, neck and injuries to his left arm and leg was found unconscious in his yard.
Police say alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the accident.
