(BLOOMFIELD) - 35-year-old Clint Aaron of Lyons was arrested Monday on a warrant for allegedly stealing a pickup truck last month.
Bloomfield Lt. Deputy Marshal Marvin Holt was on patrol June 25 when he learned a 2013 Chevrolet truck had been stolen from a home on seminary Street.
The owner of the truck told police Aaron had taken the vehicle after the owner had refused to give him a ride to Linton. Aaron returned the truck a short time after it was reported stolen.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Aaron has a suspended driver's license.
Aaron faces preliminary charges of auto theft and driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
