(MITCHELL) - A man was arrested after he was caught on camera stealing at a Lawrence County Police officer’s home.
25-year-old Dennis Mundy, who told police he was homeless, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
According to Sheriff Sam Craig, Mundy went to the officer's home in Mitchell and was caught on surveillance video stealing a bicycle, wheels and tires.
"Officers were able to identify Mundy and his vehicle from the surveillance video," Craig says. "They then requested a warrant and he was arrested."
