(BEDFORD) - A Bloomington man was arrested after another motorist reported seeing a red Explorer driving erratically southbound on Ind. 37 at the Monroe County line Wednesday just before 1:30 p.m.

A Lawrence County Police officer stopped the vehicle and cited 51-year-old James Easter of Bloomington for unsafe lane movement and having an expired license plate.

Easter was then taken to IU Health Hospital for a blood draw and he was arrested for driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
