(LINTON) - A Linton man was arrested after he allegedly admitted to having sex with a 12-year-old.
28-year-old Jonathan Osborne is facing preliminary charges of four counts of child molesting and one count of performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor, touching or fondling oneself.
According to a probable cause affidavit. The girl and Osborne meet sometime after July 4 and that Osborne knew the girl was 12.
Police interviewed Osborne on Monday and Osborne told police he knew the girl was 12, but denied any sexual contact with her. But he later changed his story and admitted to touching her inappropriately and to having sexual intercourse with her.
