Lawrence County Police Investigating Vandalism Cases

(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Police are investigating several incidents were rocks or bricks were thrown through windows of homes or vehicles this weekend.

According to Sheriff Sam Craig, it is unclear if the incidents are connected and each case is being investigated.

This morning at 1:19 a.m. police received a report of a rock being thrown through a living room window in the 800 block of Patriot Lane in Pride Estates.

At 1:15 a.m. a resident in the 700 block of Glendale Way had a rock thrown through a window.

Then on Sunday, a resident in the 700 block of Glendale Way reported their windshield was smashed.

And at 1:28 a.m. a resident on Ridgedale Road reported they woke after someone threw a rock in their bedroom window.

"This is not good and is dangerous. We were lucky no one was injured," Craig says.

Anyone with information, on any of the incidents, is asked to call the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.
