(DAVIESS CO.) - An Indiana State Police investigation has resulted in the arrest of an Illinois man who is facing child molestation and other charges in Daviess County.
26-year-old Stephen M. Mulkey of Lawrenceville has been jailed in Washington on $7500 bond for child molesting, obscene performance and public indecency.
