(BLOOMINGTON ) - Allison Zimpfer-Hoerr has been named new community initiatives director of United Way of Monroe County.
Zimpfer-Hoerr will lead outreach, collaboration and grant writing for United Way's programs focusing on education, earnings and essentials.
She previously was with the Youth Services Bureau of Monroe County and brings 10 years experience in youth development and in organizing and delivering resources for youth success and family financial stability.
