(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was arrested after she was caught on store surveillance video huffing air duster at Wal-Mart and then allegedly stole cosmetics from the store.

According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley officers were called to the store Friday just after 3 p.m. when the store lost prevention personnel witnessed 50-year-old Lisa Pruett leave the store without paying for the cosmetics.

Police say Pruett's speech was slurred from inhaling the air duster.
