(WASHINGTON CO.) - A Washington County man was arrested after Indiana State Police say he did drugs with his child.
On March 18, a detective from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg was contacted by the Washington County Department of Child Services in reference to 37-year-old Paul Amburgey allegedly providing a controlled substance to his juvenile child.
Police also learned that Amburgey was using the drug with the child.
After an investigation, Amburgey was arrested on a warrant for child neglect, a Class D felony.
He was arrested without incident and taken to the Washington County Jail.
