(GREENE CO.) - The Greene County Sheriff’s Department investigated a Tuesday night single-vehicle crash on State Road 43, just north of Yoho Road.
According to a Green County Sheriff's reports, 17-year-old Benjamin Burgoon of Springville was traveling north on State Road 43 when he lost control of his 2001 Cadillac Coupe Deville and crashed into creek bed and then struck a tree.
Police say Burgoon was traveling too fast for road conditions.
Burgoon complained of pain and suffered lacerations.
Assisting at the scene were personnel from the Greene County Sheriff's Department, Greene County Ambulance Service and Eastern Fire Department.
