Springville Man Injured After Crashing Motorcycle

(SPRINGVILLE) - A Springville man was injured after he lost control of his motorcycle and was pinned under the vehicle, Friday morning.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 49-year-old Larry Flick, was traveling south on Popcorn Road when he lost control of his 1992 AMV motorcycle around 12:43 a.m.

Flick was unresponsive and suffered minor bleeding to his head.

Police say Flick had been drinking, results of a blood-alcohol test are pending. He was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
