Relay For Life Orange Co. Kicks Off Friday

(ORLEANS) - The Relay for Life of Orange County will kick off with a Survivors Lap, which is described as "a moving experience honoring those who have survived cancer."

The Survivors Lap is at 6 p.m. Friday at the Orleans High School track.

Relay For Life is a grassroots fundraising event in which individuals and teams of participants in more than 6,100 communities nationwide walk overnight to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

Anyone who would like to take part in Relay For Life of Orange County is asked to call Eva Warren-Hill at (812) 844-1658 or Jo Ellen Reynolds at (812) 653-1095.
