(BLOOMINGTON) - Monroe County residents should see property tax assessments in their mail this week.
The forms were mailed out May 30, assessor Judy Sharp said, and though assessment changes were across the board, the market seems to be showing some small signs of recovery.
Assessments are based on market data, and no particular area saw a great increase or decrease from the previous years.
