(JACKSON CO.) - Wednesday, Indiana State Police arrested a Crothersville man charging him with numerous felonies for allegedly using a deceased person's credit card.

According to Trooper Randel Miller, on June 4, he made contact with the credit card company and through his investigation learned the card had been used for approximately six months following the death of the card holder. The investigation revealed internet purchases were made as well as purchases from Home Depot in Seymour.

Tpr. Miller worked with asset investigators from Home Depot and was able to identify the person making a purchase through the store's video surveillance system.

A search warrant was obtained Wednesday for Mull's home at 203 Dismore St. in Crothersville where officers found several of the items.
