Linton Woman Suffers Minor Injury After Deer Crashes Into Her Car

(BEDFORD) - A Linton woman was injured after a deer ran into the side of her vehicle Thursday morning.

According to a Lawrence County Police Department report, 49-year-old Melanie Goodman was traveling south on Ind. 37 in the southbound lane near the strip mall and antique mall, when a deer ran into the roadway and crashed into the driver's side door of her 2005 Chevrolet Impala, busting out the window.

Goodman suffered minor bleeding to her face.
